The center will offer outpatient medical services and physician practices related to imaging, family medicine, primary care, medical oncology, urology, cardiology, and surgery. The property also features pocket parks serving the adjacent residential West Village community, a sidewalk connecting to the Silver Comet Trail System, and convenient parking. The MOB is on track to open in the first quarter of 2023.
