Owner has completely renovated property and occupies one of the cabin which can be income producing for a buyer or used as a residence. All items in each of the cabins will be conveyed with the exception of Cabin B (owners cabin) as well as the garage to remove personal property and owner will provide a specific list of items that will remain with the cabin. Seller will require a post closing possession period to vacate property after closing and provide new owner assistance in the transition. Seller requires at least 24 hours for showings and listing agent(s) present. Buyer to verify all measurements, square footage, & acreage.
