16,000SF Creative Flex/Office & Retail/Restaurant Developed by Urban Realty Partners in conjunction with the Atlanta BeltLine, Oakland Exchange is a thoughtfully designed, BeltLine-adjacent adaptive reuse residential, retail, and creative commercial development.
