There is an existing pedestrian tunnel in place below A1A that will give the western property owners beach access. The west side lots are fully developed (water/sewer/paving/drainage/entry feature). One of the 30 lots has a substantially completed model home on it and one of the other 30 lots has a shell constructed on it, the other 28 lots are vacant.
