This is an individual office suite on the ground level with its own address, mailbox, entry, 1 exclusive covered parking space (and open non-covered parking). Additional parking spaces throughout the development are first-come, first-served, with some adjacent to the suite. The square footage is somewhat artificially low because there are shared restroom facilities (men's and women's) within the same building. The space itself is mostly open and rectangular, as shown in the photo with the desk and chairs. Another photo shows the file room/kitchenette behind the open office. The desk, credenza, existing chairs, a file cabinet, a bookshelf, a small refrigerator and microwave, and a table are included (no warranty for repair or replacement), or Landlord will arrange for removal of furnishings upon request.
