Complete Retrofit to State of the Art The facility was purchased for the purposes of cannabis cultivation and the current owners invested approximately $12,000,000 replacing almost all of the infrastructure including the glass, the boilers, the power and water distribution, the control systems, and much more. Many of these upgrades are still underway. Additional Greenhouse or Cold Storage Potential The current Conditional Use Permit (“CUP”) allows for the owner to develop an additional 200,000 SF of greenhouse structures on the property.
