We have a new commercial building being built in Silverton, OR. It is a 15,000 sq ft building. Divided into 5000 sq ft units. There is 5000-10000 sq ft available. Can make into one 10,000 unit, with no posts in the interior (open floor). We are at $1 square foot + triple net per month. Should be ready to move in by April, but we are hoping earlier.
