May 12 @ 4:00pm Executed Contract and total non-refundable deposit of 10% of the Contract Price due.
May 13-14 Auctioneer Affidavit: Notice of Sale filed with the Court.
June 30 (on or before) Total Amounts paid and closing to take place
Closing to be handled by Zimmerman, Kiser & Sutcliffe, P.A.
Within 2 days of Closing Certificate of Sale filed with Clerk of Court.
@ 10 days from Closing Alachua County Clerk of Court issues Certificate or Title – Provided to Buyer.
