JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, as sole and exclusive agent for the owner, has been retained to offer for sale the fee simple interest in the 70-room Wingate by Wyndham York (the “Hotel” or “Property”). The sale represents the opportunity to acquire a 2007 built, three-story hotel that is an excellent canvas for a brand conversion. The Hotel is under contract to convert to Spark by Hilton and the conversion PIP is posted to the deal room (~$20,000 per key to convert). The conversion will increase room count to 74 rooms. The Property is conveniently located at the intersection of Interstate 83 (I-83) and U.S. Route 30 giving it premier access to a diverse range of amenities such as the Wellspan York Hospital, Wellspan Park, York College of Pennsylvania, and York County History Center, and York Airport.
