Exposure to E Hwy 71 traffic, the turnkey site has permits in place, for a class "A" or "B" type building for the last building to be constructed in our project. All engineering work has been completed for Bldg#4. The proposed 11,940 square foot Office/Medical building #4 is in prime location with great exposure to Hwy 71 traffic. As you can see from the arial drone photos our property has 2 entrances/exits. The property has 3 office/warehouse buildings completed and leased out. These are all leased out to a mixture of various tenants. We would like to sell the project as is. We have plans for Bldg#4 included or provide your own contractor and design for Bldg#4. Our thinking is since Bldg#4 site has best exposure to Hwy 71 it would warrant an upgraded building to Class "A" or "B" instead of the other 3 existing buildings which are Office/Warehouse type buildings.
