Coming to our culinary corner in Chinatown: Pho Pham and Francine's
- Pho Pham, run by the Pham family who also owns Pho Hoan Pasteur, is placing their 12th restaurant in Alberta on the Centre Street facing corner, expected to attract hundreds of patrons daily who are loyal to their brand.
- Francine's, a petit French bar and bistro, is opening next to the subject building on Centre Street. We're expecting very warm welcome from the community and young professionals who want to escape to Paris during their lunch breaks and business meetings.
Professionals and patrons of all ages regularly travel to Calgary’s Chinatown and Downtown Core, making this prominent corner an ideal location for any businesses looking to serve the communities of Chinatown, Crescent Heights, Downtown Core, East Village and more.
The lower level provides a unique opportunity for a luxurious underground bar to take advantage of the traffic from the young professionals who would a "prohibition era" vibe. A concept like this would optimize the affluent and wide trade area that this corner in Chinatown has to offer during evenings and weekends.
Chinatown is blocks away from Calgary’s densest business district, including The Bow, Suncore Energy Centre, TC Energy Tower, and more top-earning corporations. The site itself is in the centre of Chinatown and is seen by more than 98,000 people who pass by daily.
