This is a sublease with Horizon Telcom. Vision1 subleased their 24,310 warehouse space and this was their office space. They purchased very high end modular furniture that could be included in the lease. The office space was a new buildout in 2023 and has had limited usage. The landlord also has 6,600 sf of storage adjacent that fronts on Goodale. It was the former Zettler Hardware retail space. It does not have a loading dock. It could be subdivided.
