This is a strip center in downtown Mexico, Maine. It is centrally located on Main Street, adjacent to the Municipal Town Hall, Post Office and several other stores. The property is close to the border of the larger Town of Rumford which is the home of a major paper mill and the largest employer in the region. Mexico is also the gateway to the Western Mountains and Rangeley Lake Region which is also the home of Sunday River, Saddleback and Sugarloaf ski areas. The lake and mountain attractions generate substantial recreational traffic.
