The St. Joseph Medical Plaza is a Class A, seven-story, 120,000 square foot outpatient medical building attached to a three-story, 87,000 square foot Cancer Center. The building is adjacent to a 1,100-car parking garage and is located on the campus of St. Joseph Hospital of Orange in the city of Orange, a submarket in the northwest portion of Orange County serving the cities of Orange, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Irvine, Tustin, Garden Grove, and beyond. The Hospital has 525 licensed beds and is part of the Providence St. Joseph Health System, the tenth largest not-for-profit health system in the nation including 15 hospitals located throughout California and Texas. The Providence St. Joseph campus encompasses nearly two city blocks and is adjacent to Children's Hospital of Orange County, a world-class children's hospital.
