Rockland Food Court is an established Food Truck Pavilion area with room for up to five food trucks. See attached food truck site map. Land has been leveled and compacted with fill. Rock Key Cafe has been our existing tenant for a few years, and they have built up a solid following of customers. We strictly limit food types being offered to reduce competition amongst tenants. Rent = $3,000 per month + trash/recycling (split by all Food Truck tenants). We are open to considering an increasing rental rate schedule in order to help new operators to get established and gain a following.
