A Norfolk Southern-served rail line is directly adjacent, running the length of the property on its south side. Much due diligence has been completed on the property, including Phase I environmental, geotechnical, wetlands identification, threatened and endangered species and archeological studies. In addition, site plans and development cost estimates have been modeled.
