The Frank J. Raw building is situated at the southeast corner of Church street and Richmond street east at the edge of Toronto’s downtown financial district. This 1935 Art Deco building was designated in 1986 as an Ontario Heritage site and is one of the last remaining structures in Toronto built in this style.
The area is experiencing tremendous redevelopment and gentrification and is a great opportunity for a retail operation. Numerous high-rise residential condominium projects are under construction in the immediate vicinity and are attracting thousands of educated and affluent young-professionals to the growing area. This vibrant neighborhood is near numerous public transportation options, the Eaton Centre, St Michael’s Hospital, and the new 15.6 km Ontario subway line being built along Queen Street.
