The ANJAC Fashion Building showcases its Zigzag Moderne style with pronounced verticality achieved through a steel-frame and concrete structure wrapped in terra cotta. The façade features a recessed, two-story entrance framed by substantial piers and capped with a segmental arch; above the doorway is another arch, beneath an elongated panel adorned with filigreed grapevine motifs. The exterior body of the building presents a textured, stone-like finish, punctuated by shallow setbacks near the roofline that lead to an attic level ornamented with grapevine panels set between geometric recessed window strips. Inside, the lobby retains original features such as tiered metal grilles flanking the entry and historic elevator doors with the original cabs, contributing to its period-authentic character.
