This iconic building opened in 1919 as downtown Santa Ana’s local grocer (#87, Santa Ana Historic Registry of Properties) Later, this century year old beauty was the home to Chiarini Marble and Stone. The local, family-owned company transformed this location into their first design center and showroom. Friends, family, guests, and clients were served espresso from the ornate Gaggia Orione espresso machine, and pizza from the hand-crafted Italian limestone oven. The building has remained vacant since Osteria Vicario (a private event restaurant) closed its doors over a year ago. This unique space is once again available, and is ideal for a restaurant concept or intimate event space.
