The building was designed by Cleveland based architect Jerry Pay to and incorporates a sleek all-glass exterior, allowing for an abundance of natural light inside through its impressive window line. To meet the changing needs and desires of today’s workforce, more than $10 million in renovations and upgrades have been invested at North Point Tower, including modern updates to the lobby, atrium and outdoor landscaping.
