The Property consists of an 82,011 square foot land parcel with a 30,000 square foot building erected thereon, which is currently being used by the Congregation as a synagogue with a lease to a daycare who has been in operation since 2009*. *The daycare’s lease expires August 31st, 2019, does not have an additional right to renew and contains an early termination clause with 12 months’ notice in the case of real estate development.
