100 Northwestern has 2nd floor office space available. The Miller building is a beautiful classic brick building in the heart of Purdue's student retail/food hub. The building is located across the street from the HUB Chauncey and is very near several of the approved developments. It is a short walk to the Purdue Union, and surrounded by very dense top flight student housing. We have space that can be divided as small as about 1000, and we will have up to 3400 sq ft available at the end of 2026.
