The Tower is comprised of 365,000 rentable square feet of both office and retail development. The design features a 15 storey tower connected to a 2 story retail podium with direct access to the TTC VMC subway station and Regional Bus Terminal by underground pedestrian tunnel. The development will include two levels of below grade parking with 459 spaces and an interim surface parking lot with 320 spaces (779 spaces in total). It is intended that the interim surface parking will be replaced by green space (a park) at a suitable time in the future. At that time, the surface parking spaces will be relocated to a permanent parking structure in close proximity to the Tower.
