One Clinton Square, also known as the Bank of America building, is one of the most historic and well known buildings in all of Downtown Syracuse. The building opened in 1876 as the Syracuse Savings Bank and was the first building in Syracuse to have a passenger elevator, a curiosity that drew many visitors. Floors 4,5 and 6 have been converted to 21 market rate apartments that are fully occupied. The entire 3rd floor is available, and could be subdivided down for a smaller office user as well if needed.
