Per Property Manager: The monthly association dues are currently $230.40 per month. There will likely be an increase in dues of a minimum 10% starting July 1st. Please note that the business to operate out of the unit must be approved by the Board of Directors of the Association before occupation and that owner or tenant must provide minimum $1M liability insurance naming association as additional insured.
