Across from the area’s only Top Golf and Carvana as well as Tesla and BJ’s Warehouse. The Piazza is located in South Fayette, an area known for their strong demographics, including household income, population and housing values, stellar schools districts and new mixed-use developments. The Piazza is located directly across from Newbury Market, a 300-acre, $450 million mixed-use development. The project is currently home to the Pittsburgh area’s only Top Golf and Carvana locations, and the area’s first BJ’s Wholesale Club, with more retailers coming soon. In addition to the 1.2 million square feet of total (proposed) retail, there are 225 single family homes and 150 luxury apartments.
