We currently operate a mental health practice at this location. We are looking to sub-lease 2-3 offices to someone who is in the same field. The sub-tenant would have access to our reception area, conference room, lunch room and staff bathroom. Offices are furnished. This space would be best suited for a private practice mental health or substance abuse provider. ****DUE TO HIPPAA, SUB-TENANT NEEDS TO WORK IN THE MENTAL HEALTH FIELD*****. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUB-LEASE TO ANYONE OUTSIDE OF THIS FIELD.
