The Georgia Cyber Innovation & Training Center is located in Downtown Augusta, GA, and includes two state-of-the-art buildings that overlook the Savannah River on one side and Downtown Augusta on the other. The building's combination of private sector along with the military, and academic communities makes the Georgia Cyber Center a unique hub for collaborative innovation. Class-A office spaces are available for lease in every size to industry-related organizations. Groups within the Georgia Cyber Center benefit from the adjacent dedicated parking deck and proximity to many pieces of the heart of Downtown Augusta, such as The Augusta Riverwalk, the Augusta Convention Center & Marriott Hotel, and the shopping, dining, and entertainment districts along Broad Street. Partners are eligible for LDCT State of Georgia tax credits while being located in a qualified HUB Zone.
