New retail strip center is a combination of six 1800 sq ft suites plus an endcap of an additional 1,800-square feet that may be configured as a separate suite or ideally, an endcap covered or open patio for a business that could use such an amenity like a bar or restaurant. If the endcap is configured as an outdoor covered or uncovered patio, the lease rate will be adjusted to reflect the builder savings for doing so. Suites 1&2 are adjacent units that total 3,600 feet with door and window combinations to suit a tenant.
