100 Bush, also known as the Shell Building, was constructed in 1929 as a regional headquarter location for Shell Oil. Building is currently undergoing a destination dispatch elevator modernization. Building has a parking garage that accommodates 190 cars on a valet basis, a conference room that can be used free of charge and 24/7 security.
