The development site contemplated by the City comprises three city-owned properties:
(1) The Former Power Plant Parcel on the North Waterfront
(2) The Water Treatment Plant Parcel, located on the South Waterfront
(3) Post Office Annex Parcel, located to the west across Indian River Boulevard.
The three properties, a total site of 33.7-acres, are a highly visible location in the community with 1,300 feet of waterfront along
the Indian River Lagoon, located at the intersection of 17th Street and Indian River Boulevard, at the foot of the Alma Lee Loy
Bridge. Currently consisting of the following four parcels located at 17 17th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, identified as Parcel
ID Numbers 33-40-06-00000-0040-00005.0, 33-40-06-00000-0040-00007.0, 33-40-06-00000-0040-00006.0, and 33-40-06-00000-
0040-00005.2. The City also owns the submerged lands approximately 275 feet into the Indian River Lagoon to the east of the
parcels and the adjacent canals to the north and south of the site.
