The building consists of three connected glass and steel office structures with a total of approximately 200,000 square feet on two levels. Glass exterior walls are within 15 feet of a heavily wooded forest and provide panoramic views of an undisturbed woodland. Parking is beneath and atop the building to minimize disruption of the natural setting. An attached house from the original estate has been expanded to provide executive dining rooms, meeting rooms and a cafeteria. It is connected to the main building by a 200-foot-long greenhouse corridor with year-round flowering plants. Ten Westport Road has received a number of ecological awards and provides a working atmosphere that is both secluded and stimulating.
