10 State Street is one of three executive office buildings in our portfolio. It is a mixed use building with retail, office and residential tenants. We have full time receptionist onsite to greet tenants and guests and provide ancillary office services if needed. A shared conference room has wifi access and can accommodate up to 8 people. Our buildings are professionally managed with full time maintenance staff providing necessary support. There is no parking onsite, however, tenants can purchase parking permits from the City of Newburyport for $240 per year to use at all the nearby municipal parking lots. There is no elevator in the building.
