Located approximately eight miles south of Downtown Greenville, Conestee Mill was originally build in 1876, with final construction in the 1950's. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The exterior of the building boasts the original brick. The property is located on the Reedy River, adjacent to Lake Conestee Nature Park, and offers convenient access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail
