One S Broad St., formerly known as the PNC Bank Building and prior to that as the Lincoln-Liberty Building, has undergone major system upgrades in addition to a new exterior facade with 50-foot glass panels, a prestigious grand entrance on Broad Street, and a dramatic gallery lobby which will link One South Broad to its elegant neighbor, The Widener Building. Improvements include a complete elevator system modernization, as well as the installation of security and life safety systems that meet or exceed the design criteria of the newest buildings in the market. The building is also planned and priced for life science use on floors 3 through 8.
