The building has an on-site concierge and occupiers have 24/7 access to the building. The upper floors of the building are dedicated to provide private office spaces. The property was commissioned by visual arts organisations, Iniva and Autograph ABP. The architect for the building was David Adjaye who completed works in 2007. The ground floor of the building is used as a free public gallery which regularly puts on exhibitions within the venue as well as seminars.
