The RBA of the property has changed from 186,500-sf to 150,500-sf based on the fact that an entire floor of 36,000-sf will be converted to parking.In 2013, this building was awarded LEED certification at the Silver level by the U.S. Green Building Council.Opened in 2012, Towson City Center is an adaptive reuse project located in the heart of downtown Towson, the County Seat of Baltimore County, Maryland. The redevelopment of TCC included a complete overhaul of the existing building by reusing only the structure, while replacing all of the systems. The project created an almost completely new LEED Silver certified building with glass curtain wall faade and Class A office finishes throughout.
