One Manhattan West is a 69 story steel-and-glass-fronted office building delivered in 2019 as a brand New Skidmore Owings & Merrill Designed Construction. Manhattan West will have direct connectivity to all of boroughs and the surrounding areas via the new, $2.5 billion Empire Station Complex, which is scheduled to be completed in early 2021 and Penn Station, both within steps of Manhattan West. Retail tenants include Whole Foods, Peloton Studios and Midnight Theater.
