One Kearny is comprised of three separate buildings, each of its own time but all in harmony with each other. The turn-of-the-century French Renaissance historic building is one of just a few that survived the 1906 earthquake, while the two more recent additions provide seismic reinforcement and other modern improvements. The three structures were skillfully integrated and now function as a unified, single building. The interior experience is cohesive and contemporary, with ample open areas that support in-person collaboration. Elegant architectural features such as large windows and high ceilings are interwoven with modern, upscale finishes for a perfect blend of old and new.
