One Innovation Drive is a four-story office/laboratory facility with an adjacent parking structure and is known as Building 3 (aka Three Biotech) in the UMass Medicine Science Park. Situated alongside the continuously growing UMass Chan Medical School and UMass Memorial Medical Center campus, the UMass Medicine Science Park both contributes to and benefits from the organic synergies created within this interconnected complex.
