The International Swimming Hall of Fame (ISHOF) property located on Fort Lauderdale beach will be undergoing a transformation redevelopment that will create a mixed-use project offering state-of-the-art activity, dining, event, museum destination that will include over 32,000 SF of new, modern Class A office space featuring outdoor terraces with expansive water views. The office space in the Arquitectonica designed project, will have floor to ceiling glass and 13' ceiling heights with direct views of the ocean, intercoastal and aquatic center. The project will have a cafe, a full-service, rooftop restaurant, the ISHOF Museum, diving and swimming pools and rooftop event space. The project has on-site boat dockage and a water taxi stop.
