No.1 Bath Quays is the first new office building in Bath for a generation and will provide a flexible configuration over five floors. The building will provide a feature double height reception and the office accommodation is being finished to a high specification including VRF air conditioning, suspended ceilings, LED lighting and raised access flooring. The building will provide secure car parking spaces, including 2 electric car charging spaces, as well as secure cycle racks and dedicated male and female changing / shower facilities with secure lockers and a drying room.
