This is the last large parcel of land bordering Buena Vista City Limits available for development. This 200 Acres also borders Hundreds of Acres of State Lands to the south that will never be developed. That land is called Maxwell Park and has an abundance of Wildlife. Elk Deer Moose and Antelope.
