Behind and abutting that proposed development and extending behind the the shopping center, a 870-unit PUD has been proposed on 157 acres of residential-zoned property.
The healthcare center can be built "by right" but balance of property will need down-zoning to residential. Presentation to planning commission work session was warmly received.
