Intended for a 1 million square foot user, the South Rockingham – Champion is part of the South Rockingham Business Park and provides easy logistical access to points north and south through the Mid-Atlantic. The park has public water and sewer including a 16-inch main, and as of July 2022, can be home to a 430,000 SF industrial and another 450,000 SF in development.
