The C-MO zone has been established to permit businesses with open lot storage. The C-MO zone is intended to provide for general commercial or light manufacturing uses in locations which are suitable and appropriate, taking into consideration the land uses on adjacent or nearby properties, access to major streets or highways, and the availability of public utilities.
