The front +/- 2.5 acres are zoned CP (Commercial Parkway), which allows about any type of retail/commercial use. So, technically, a mixed-use project could easily be developed on this site, with retail/commercial in the front, and multi-family/housing in the rear, or multi-family throughout the entire property. Another option would be to develop the rear part of the property as a multi-family/housing development, and re-sale the +/- 2.5 acres of commercial/retail property in the front, and recoup a major portion of your original investment.
