LakeLand Village is a well established community within the town of Allyn. The Village was established by Virgil Anderson in the mid-60's and currently has over 950 dwellings.. The Anderson's have developed the existing divisions with great success and are knowledgeable of these projects, and can be accessible on site. LakeLand Village offers many amenities expressed within the Operating Memorandum. This division is part of the old farm that was originally owned by the Andersons and will now be part of LakeLand Village.
