The City Council of the city of Pleasanton adopted their Housing Element on January 26, 2023 and can be found at: https:// www.pleasantonhousingelement. com/ 7-acres of the 10.64-acre property was included in the Housing Element with a minimum density of 3 and maximum density of 4 dwelling units per acre, for a total of 28 dwelling units. It should be noted that there may be the potential of creating an alternative plan that meets the city’s needs while utilizing the full 10.64-acres for a range of 28 to 41 dwelling units.
