Site is undeveloped greenfield comprised of two contiguous parcels bordered by the CSX Railroad on the west and US Highway 17 / SR 98 on the east. Land is primarily cleared pastureland with a slight grade from north to south. The southeastern most 15 acres is considered wetlands.
